Why I’m torn on this

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of delicious and authentic options available. Customer service was top-notch, making me feel valued as a guest and enhancing my stay greatly.

The amenities felt lacking for a purported 5, with no kettle or slippers in the room. Check-in policies seemed a bit rigid and money-driven, affecting my initial impression of hospitality.

We had a lovely family getaway, enjoying the spacious Superior King Room. The kids loved the nearby parks, and we appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Hippodrome of Monterrico, which was a hit for everyone.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options on the menu.
